When you book a service with any of the providers at Morph Aesthetics, we immediately begin to prepare for your appointment! We ensure your chart is ready, your product is ordered, and we reserve that time slot - just for you - because we know that your time is valuable.
In keeping with that philosophy, we know you also value the time and effort invested by our team, so we have updated our Cancellation Policy for 2024.
Going forward, we will be requiring a card on file to book appointments at Morph. Your card will not be charged at that time, it simply reserves your appointment!
If you need to re-schedule your appointment or cancel for any reason, we now ask that you alert us 72 hours before your scheduled appointment via email or call/text to our office.*
This allows us to give that time slot to another client.
However, no-showing or cancelling last minute (less than 72 hours notice) will result in a $150 Cancellation Fee.**
The first time an appointment is not kept, we will apply the $150 cancellation fee towards your next appointment as a one-time courtesy.
After the second no-show or last-minute cancellation, we will require the next appointment to be paid in full at the time of booking.
